Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING RATES & THRESHOLDS CURAZEN INC. is pleased to offer reliable shipping services within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $4.00 applies to all orders with a subtotal under $39.90 (before taxes and after discounts).
  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $39.90 or more.
  • Please Note: Subscription orders and certain promotional bundles may include free shipping regardless of the order subtotal.
SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take additional time. We appreciate your patience.
SECTION 3 - DELIVERY ESTIMATES Standard delivery typically takes 3-8 business days once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Estimates Only: All delivery dates are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
  • Exclusions: CURAZEN INC. is not responsible for delays caused by carrier congestion, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 4 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
SECTION 5 - RISK OF LOSS & STOLEN PACKAGES All items purchased from LANGCCI are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
  • Confirmed Delivery: CURAZEN INC. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
  • Claims: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
SECTION 6 - ADDRESS ACCURACY It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are unable to redirect or cancel packages once they have been handed to the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
SECTION 7 - DAMAGED ITEMS If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@langcci.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as we will require photo evidence to assist you in filing a claim.
